1. Fuller’s Earth
Fuller’s earth, Also referred to as multani mitti, fuller’s earth stimulates blood circulation which in turn improves the elasticity of the skin.
- Mix 1 tbsp of fuller’s earth powder with water to form a paste. Apply the paste on the area and let it dry.Rinse off with lukewarm water.
- Do the procedure once a week.
There is no enough information or study related to the contraindications of the use of fuller’s earth as a topical herb. However, pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to stay on the safe side and avoid use of the herb.
2. Cucumber
Cucumber is one of the best skin tightening treatments. It tones the skin and leaves it feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
- Grind ½ cucumber and squeeze the juice through a strainer.

3. Aloe Vera and Honey

- Add 1 to 2 tsp of cleavers in 1 cup of boiling water.
- Steep for 10 to 15 minutes, and drain.
- Drink the tea regularly.
The use of cleavers in excess may lead to skin irritation. There is no enough information known on the contraindications of cleavers, hence, use cautiously.
5. Cinnamon, Turmeric and Olive Oil
The mixture helps fasten collagen production and makes the skin firm and tight.
